power loss

hello all as most of you know i have a 88 SE n/a,

well i seem to have lost some power since doing a few mods such as ACV removal, cat removal, air pump removal, and TB mod

i know my 6 ports arent opening, i mean the 5th and 6th ports. but is there some valve i could've let unplugged or unhooked up when doing the ACV removal of removing my air pump?? i made block off plates for both but something seems odd, what speed would i notice the power loss if my 5th and 6th prts dont open, its seems like i have no power from 4000 rpms on in every gear, is it because my 5th and 6th ports are not opening that i lose this much power?????

Yup.. tie them open with zip-ties, and see if that helps it.. Many people just leave them tied open ALL the time.
