Power Antenna troubles

Power Antenna troubles
OK, Just got back from the wreckers, and got a used power antenna- out of a 1990 GXL. I Put it in my car, a 1988 SE, with the factory stereo. It raised and lowered as it should, a good 10 times. So I installed it into the car, in place of the old one, still working good at this point in time.
Time to cover the hatch area back up with the carpets, So I re-installed all the carpeting and plastic trim, and it doesn't work at all. I hear the power antenna relay click over, but no noise at all coming from the motor, each time I turn the power on/off via the key. I'm suspecting the relay went, but which is it? Is it the one that's mounted near the jack, the grey "FB01" one, in teh rubber sleeve, or the green relay that's mounted to the power antenna unit itself? I've QUADRUPLE checked every wiring connection-- where both grounds on the antenna, the 4 prong connector, the antenna cable, and where the 8 prong i believe, plug connector plugs into the green relay on the antenna unit
Any ideas??
Thanks

10A fuse is fine, that was one of the pieces that got checked over several times. I took the relay (green) off the old antenna assembly, & opened it up, to where I could watch it work. I then put it on the new antenna, & it indeed clicks over when I need it to.
I'll be w/o a voltometer until this weekend, so checking that wire's going to be out of the question for a few days. Even changing the relay did nothing more than get it to click, as it had been doing before. Still no action from the antenna motor.

The Blue/White wire will have voltage on it when the radio is on and the key to ACC and the 20 amp Audio fuse needs to be good for this to happen and this voltage goes to the relay coil. Again, key to ACC and radio turned on.
The Black/Green wire as noted carries voltage to the relay coil with key to on and this voltage passes through the 10 amp antenna fuse.
The Blue/Yellow wire provides the ground signal for the relay coil.
Light Green wire provides voltage to the antenna motor.
Black is the ground for the antenna motor. W/o it the motor will not work even though the relay might click.
Overview: There are two relays within the assembly and both need to operate properly for the antenna motor to work.

If you connections have been checked and r-re-re-re-checked, definitely check fusing.
'Course, you could omit it, altogether and just spend 20 bux at BestBuy and get the replacement one that goes above your rear-view (inside the car)
The wing I'm test-fitting on the vert makes using my antenna impossible, so that's the route I'm going to go.

I'm thinking maybe it's a grounding issue with the black wires- There are 3 all together, 1 which screws onto the antenna assembly, where the green relay attaches, and another set of 2 that attach to one of the rubber damper mounts, that attach it to the chassis. I think I'll pull it, check those grounds out, etc, & see if they're the problem.
Radio 20A fuse is good, as the radio still works, it's just very fuzzy. I want to keep the stock antenna, for the same reason I'm keeping the stock radio-- completely 80s look.
I'll tear into it more deeply this weekend-- satch & trbospdant, thanks for the advice!

Try grounding those 2 that attached to the rubber damper mounts, directly to the chassis...
If you have a decent ohmmeter (digital) than check the 3 lines and find out which one(s) is/ are getting voltage.
