Power antenna mast
Hello all,
My power antenna mast broke (the nylon chain-gear) a couple of weeks ago. Getting the motor out and cleaning the pieces out was the easy part. Now I am trying to put it back together.
I got an el-cheapo mast off of Ebay and it is the incorrect mast.

About 4" too long, which I could deal with, but the retainer that came with the new mast doesn't fit in the mast housing. Can't use the old retainer with the new antenna because they are different diameters.
Where can you get the proper antenna mast for the FC these days?

Keep in mind if you use an aftermarket antenna, you'll need a relay to change the factory negative antenna trigger wire to positive. If you have an aftermarket radio already, you just need to undo the relay behind the radio that operates the factory antennas negative trigger.
