And could this be causing this? (Picture; TPS plugged in first minute, unplugged after first minute)

An analog meter (which has a needle) is better than a digital meter when trying to find dead spots as digital meters aren't responsive enough.

Did you watch the video? Could that possibly be a dead spot right before 2.0 volts?

I just fixed my s4 dead spot in my TPS. My TPS was cutting out and causing a bad stumble while cruising. A data log of the stumble showed the TPS cutting out and alot of noise in the trace.

Before searching for broken wires and possibly a new TPS, I cleaned the black plug contacts by dipping it into a salt/vinegar solution.

Problem solved. Car runs smooth no more TPS hiccups.

How to perfectly clean wires in minutes!!!

When I tested my TPS after putting my car back together, my gauge wouldn't read below 2 volts. My Rtek reads TPS at 20% when warmed up, but i notice the "dead spot" as well, right at that low rpm especially through parking lots :-) Ive been meaning to grab up a new TPS to try out, but I want to try cleaning it up first as suggested above. Cool instructable!

Looks like your breaking up around 55sec. The trace looks like mine before cleaning.
That spiky break up has signs of a broken wire or loosing contact.

Here's the other thing I noticed. My wide band would go full rich at break up. I thought I was loosing an injector, maybe still am. Yours is doing the same thing. Extra fuel not being burned I surmise.

something is way wrong, as the charging system and the TPS have nothing to do with each other.

Clean the plug contacts. You got nothing to loose and you will eliminate one variable.
