Possible fuel system problem 88 RX7 Convertable NonTurbo

Im new here and just bought a 1988 RX7 NonTurbo Convertible, please guys i need some help, i love my car, the thing is I had it for ONE day! The problem is when trying to start engine its flooding out and fouling spark plugs. It can be started by rolling off but then will not idle. Can some one give us some possible clues???
Thanks alot in advance

Change the plugs, get it started and DRIVE it.. Let it get good and warmed up.
