More than likely just low fuel. Keep your tank full or get a gas tank insert. You could check your fuel pump in tank filter to make sure it is not too dirty.

Best place to check power at the pump is at the pump.
Pull the rear carpet, in the cargo area. You will now see a metal plate. Unscrew (bolt) whatever, and take it off. You will now see the plug and there will be 4 wires. 2 small blue ones and 2 fatter black ones. The black/white is the power and the black is ground. Check the power wire for voltage in the "ON"position. If it is like the Haltech it might only prime it so you will need to check while cranking as well.

if you don't have the AFM hooked up, you need to jumper the check connector near the right strut shock tower to bypass the AFM switch circuit that allows the power to reach the pump once the engine's running...

The key is turned to Start.
The 12v coming from the 100 amp fuse goes thru the ignition switch.
It goes from the ignition switch .....to the ENGINE fuse.
IF the ENGINE fuse is good, it then goes to the Coil Assy's.
For the fuel pump:
The voltage comes from the 100amp fuse, passes thru the ignition switch if it is to ON/START.
From the ignition switch it goes to ......the ENGINE FUSE.
It passes thru the ENGINE FUSE and goes to the Circuit Opening RElay, and if the conditions are right, like the key being held to START, the voltage goes thru the Circuit Opening Relay to the Fuel Pump Resistor Relay and on to the Fuel Pump.
The power for the coils and the power for the Circuit Opening Relay have a couple of things in common. One of which is the E....e fuse. Another is the ignition switch. and the 100amp fuse.
Free FSM are available on the internet, for free.

heck, if all else fails (and you don't like reading wiring schematics), just pull the fuel line under the car off of the filter inlet, put the end in a bucket, and turn the key on!!! (kinda funny, but I actually did it once...)

yeh, if you have an S4 it's an 80A, in the middle of the fuse box in the engine compartment, held in by bolts...if that's blown, a whole lot of things won't be working- like the ignition switch, for one...
