Porting an intake manifold

I was wondering if you port and polish your intake will it have any significant gains, I am refering to something like the tb port and polish in the linkhttp://www.teamfc3s.org/store/produc...products_id=38 I think that it would be a little bit of a challenge but is it worth the try?
