how do i port my manifolds upper/lower on a 86-88 rx-7
6 port na and what other porting can i do since i have all the parts of the engine

I wish I was driving!
Gasket match the intake runners with a dremel, and then clean up/smooth the insides as best you can. Try mirror polishing it if you can.
If you don't know what this means, you shouldn't be porting an intake.
As for TB, smooth out the square edges inside it (after the TB mod) with a dremel.
