You can also get more flow by back cutting the door so it can open wider before hitting the back plate.

Here is an example:

Also there is a funnel point that can be relived:

Also, you could port the front of the wastegate holes where they meet the exhaust runner lower and rounded while leaving the rear of the WH holes vertical of even porting in a little "bowl" to trap flow.

Basically, try to get the exhaust in the turbo housing to favor WG flow as much as possible. I even cut NACA ducts leading up to WH holes, but I am a freak.

Here are examples of my ported S4 wastegate. I would not recommend going this extreme unless you are running high compression, non-stock ports, or both. But I don't know the meaning of the word "boost creep"...

very nice Aaron. i've back cut the wastegate a bunch as well, you just can't see it in the pics to well. the larger hole farthest from the turbine can't be ported much due to it running under the other port. if its ported to much then you'll get cracking as you all know.

once i get the car running again i'll post my results but the car won't be back for a while. i just ordered a motor for the car today so when it comes in i'll get to progress further.
