Angry pop up lights not working

the lights turn on, but do not flip up.

i've checked the switch, and its fine. however the suply power to the switch is not working. acording to the wiring diagram there is a fusible link [x-o7] on a WR[F] wire comming from the 60A fuse

(a fusible link is simply a inline wire that simply melts when the amperage is exceeded)

does anyone know where the fusible link is for the pop up lights?

Cheers
B

ugh i hate fuseable links.. you're almost going to have to go through your whole wiring from the fuse to the light motors.. both motors don't work? Try hot wiring the motors.. so with direct power see if they are going to work.. so you can figure if you blew it between the motor & fuse .. or fuse & controls.. then it' sjust a matter of tracing I'm guessing.

thanks bl|nk,

i hotwired it at the switch and it worked fine. yep both of them don't work. the motors themselves are getting power, just not getting the switch signal. its definately between the fuse and controls.

then it's just a matter of tracing I'm guessing.
i was afraid of that
