Heres what happened!

I was driving at 90 mph and i downshifted to 4th gear and all of a sudden my speedometer needle went from 90 straight to 0. When i got home i took out my guage cluster and accidentally yanked out this black hose with a black plastic needle like object inside. It was connected to the speedometer gauge. I picked it up and the needle went straight into the hose and i cant get it to come back out. I believe this spins the needle on the speedometer. How do i get this problem fixed as soon as possible!!!
