I can faintly here even pulses on exhaust so thats good next you wanto check if you have fuel then spark then if all fails do a compression test. You might want to try to un flood like mentioned above that might be the culprit. and it seems like your battery is a little slow spinning the engine might want to look into that.

It has an s4 front cover.
blow off valve. It starts with some starter fluid being sprayed in.
I dont think there is any fuel coming to the motor.
I found a few things being loose.
Here are a few pics.
^ IDK where this goes.
Few pics of the motor...
best I can do at the moment..

The fuel lines are crossed up. JDM fuel lines do not run like USA lines.
Go to the left of the engine and swap the fuel lines where they attach to the engine. Spray fluid and start the engine. It will now run.
IF for some really odd reason that does not work, I've several other fixes in mind.

It's a common problem on this forum. Buying a TurboII JDM and installing it and reconnecting the fuel lines at the engine just as they were on your USA engine. Its been reported dozens of times. Won't work like that.
Or to prove it..............fnd the return line and pull it off where it conencts to the engine. INstall the fuel pump check connector and turn the key ON. Fuel should pour out the return line at the engine IF the fuel system is plumbed right. IF fuel does not pour out.............lines are probably crossed .........so swap the two fuel lines at the engine. No removal of the intake etc required. Just swap AT the engine connection on the left side.
The last item in the fuel system is the FPR and from there it goes to the fuel tank.
