Please Help Possible Turbo Problem

My car has been acting really funny lately. It hesitates really bad during WOT and even when it idles it sounds kinda funny. Ive tried everything to fix it and i think ive narrowed it down to the turbo being junk. Usually the car will spool up to about 12 or 13psi at WOT in 2nd but ever since this hesitation problem it only spools to 9psi and starts to drop of at around 6000rpm. Ive also noticed a bit of oil in the intake runners so the compressor seal is leaking. There is also a bunch of oil coming out of the crankcase breather which i have herd when a turbo goes because boost pressure pressurizes the crank case. Also my oil pressure has been lower since this all started. Usually it sits at 3 or 4 kg/cm at idle and goes up to 6kg/cm at about 4000rpm but now its 1kg/cm at idle and just barely goes over 4kg/cm at 400rpm. Would a bad turbo cause this lower oil pressure?

Some one please help me out i dont know what else to do.

Bryce

Can anybody tell me if my oil pressure is caused by the bad turbo?

Its from the stock gauge which I know i shouldnt trust but I just dont think its coincidence that the same time my car runs like crap the oil pressure gauge reads different. Im getting a mechanical gauge right away to verify the pressures. When I get the mechanical gauge it will be measure from the hole the stock sender uses.

spooling a old *** out of spec turbo to 13psi will slowly destroy itself by hitting the sidewalls. But then again you shouldn't be running a stock turbo at 13lbs to begin with so just be happy its the turbo and not your rear rotor

Turbo has nothing to do with oil pressure.
