please help, car is very very ill

this morning after work i went to start my car and it started the first try however i noticed it was making a very different noise.. kind of a lub lub lub lub lub with a noticable jerking in the cabin and it was very loud, i was like wtf, it worked fine earlier.

it was able to hold idle for a little while and then died and would not start again. it would do the exact same thing that it did when it flooded, it would try to start on the first turn over and then nothing.

i tried the unflooding proceadure a bunch of times *pull fuses, turn over about 10 times, put fuses back* but it wouldn't start and my battery was getting weak (also it was making kind of a 'double lublub' noise when turning over) so i hooked it up to someone elses car and i had the bright idea of trying the unflooding procedure again with the starter going way faster and this time with the fuses out i cranked it over a good 30 times with the pedal to the floor.

i replaced the fuses and started it again and this time it went bud sounded baaaddd. it sounded like it was 'missing a cylinder' (no cylinders, i know, but the sound)and it was really loud and it wouldnt hold idle so i had to have my girlfriend switch off with me to keep it running. i went back to look at the exhaust and it was coming out in pulses (much more than it normally does) but i couldn't smell any burning oil or coolant.

i checked for any dislodged vaccum hoses or leaking fluids but there was none. i also noticed that the oil pressure gauge was reading a bit low, not terribly low, but just a tick under what should normally be reading (it usually stays at or above 30 at about 1000 rpms and goes up to 60 at about 3k, but it was just a tick under 30 at normal and a bit under 60 at 3000), we had to make it to my moms garage where i have all my tools and stuff before the car completley ate it so we tried driving there.

the car did indeed make it without too much of a problem except it was really loud, had no power, and wouldn't idle. i kept it under 30 mph but it really didn't seem to mind. it was like it was running on one rotor or something, but ran ok anyway.

i got it to the garage and the only thing i had the equipment to test was the spark. i am getting spark on all plugs (leading and trailing coils, one and two) and I am getting fuel. i checked again for vaccum leaks and leaking fluids, and i checked the oil, it wasn't dirty and was at the proper level. i didn't have time to just tear it apart right then and there so i tried to start it again to move it out of the way and onto the street and at first it wouldnt go but hooking it up to another car, turning it over w/o fuses 30 or so times and then it started again, still ran the same as before. i don't really know what to do now, or what it even could be. so any help is appreciated.

running problem

Check your compression, sounds like one hole is dead. If so the only thing to do is get some mmo and put in plug holes, rotate engine by hand few times and let sit
overnight.rx7doctor

i do drive my car rather hard. it is given a regular thrashing. i am however wary of redlining it for any length of time in this condition. i did however rev it up a few times and that didn't help, it backfired a bit and was loud but didn't really seem to do any harm either.
