I think its something to do with the new radiator? since there are no electrical connections running to it like on the stock radiator? please help me the noise is driving me crazy

more than likely there is air in the system. after changing my coolant this happened, you need to run the car on a bit of an angle with the rad cap off to let the bubbles out. if you do a search there should be a detailed explanation of how to do it properly.

There is a sensor on the top of the radiator which is the coolant level sensor, make sure that is plugged in and coolant is filled with no water in the system.

Or take the buzzer out from behind the instruments cluster. If you no longer have the sensor, you dont really need the buzzer. Just pay attention to the dash lights for things like exhaust overheat and whatnot.

Or if there really is no sensor in the new radiator, you can just ground the connector instead. Buzzer goes off for oil level too.

yeah start with grounding the connector. if that dosent work, under the factory maf sensor there is a brown jumper wire on the main harness for the same circuit. ground it there. I had a open in the wire in between that and the sensor causing my buzzer to go off.

lastly if you still have the sensor it has to be on a certain angle. when i installed a new one for my koyo aftermarket radiator the thing went off all the time intermittly but would go off if i grounded the wire. mabye the crash messed up the sensor?

can also not be properly blead.
