please help ... bolts stuck on AC

the 2 bottom bolts holding the Ac seem to be stuck on, i was just wondering how i could get these out, the 2 bolts are at the bottom mount of the AC compressor, and i can't get in socket, i was trying to use a 12mm wrench and it just seemed to slip, i have some WD40 soaking in the bolts rite now... any idea's what i could try

It took me forever to get those out. They are really long so you gotta just keep turning them. They will come out. Oh - they are the same size as the top two.

well if you are getting rid of the AC all together just cut the bolts off. I remember they were really on ther but I just used as much force as I could without it hurting too much.

yeaa.. i think i might just let them soak in wD40 for a few days, beacuse i haven't stripped them yet, but the edges are getting a little rounded, but still plenty on endge left to try once the oil works it's magic (i hope)..

a dremil is small i removed the batery and tray when i did that to my car. it gave me a lot more space. I also removed the small adjustable pullies and belts for added space. i think it helped a lot.

This will sound ultra cheezzy, but...

A long time ago I got a basic set of Metwrench from a family member for X-Mass. I was like "what the hell am I going to do with these POS's?" But they have saved my *** so many times. They are my specific take off stripped bolts and nuts wrench set!! I think you can buy them in stores now. Good luck.

I think what he is saying is that it is on there really bad and he is unable to remove it. The is using WD-40 to try and loosen it but it might not work. If he is just removing it all together he can just cut it off and be done with it.

well boys after 1/4 of a can of WD40, and multiple sockets (trying to find on with the shortest shank), and some cut up hands. (no dremil was used) I finally got the compressor off. the 2 bolts are removed and NO MORE NON-WORKING AC... (It just needed Free-on, but i like my sunroof better anyways)
