Go back over all your fuel line connections and double check for leaks. Did you replace the hoses too while you were under there?

when you swap out ANY copper washer a new one is needed. The washer is a crush type washer that is only good for one tightening. There is one on each side of the FPD. It might not be the source of the leak, but it is good info to share with ya.

Maybe your injectors are leaking now. Did you put new orings on them? Might as well pull the manifold again put new orings on the injectors and replace teh fuel lines and vaccum lines. While you're at it clean off the 6pi sleeves lol Anything I miss?

Jump the fuel pump test connector (yellow two prong plug under the airbox) and turn the key to "RUN". This will allow the fuel pump to run while the engine does not. Check the fuel system for leaks.

One of the things I usually do, especially if I have to take everything off the top of the engine, is to pull the injectors and have them cleaned/rebuilt. While I am in there, I replace all three rubber pieces on the injectors, replace the fuel lines, and replace the vacuum lines. Before I put the throttle body and everything else back on, I test the primary injectors for leaks, by pressurizing the system, as Aaron states above. Once I get the secondaries on, I do the same thing again.
I like doing everything at once while I am in there, cause it's a pain to have to go back in to fix a leak or whatever.

When i installed a banjo bolt in my old S4 this caused me a fuel leak..I never thought that after loosening those washers that they change size. I would second this notion!
