a place to buy a bolt

so im just finishing up my tii swap, was in pieces when i got it so ive had to buy lots of random things. but i went to stick the uim on and realized i only had the 4 nuts that hold it on and not the bolt. so i searched and searched and searched around town and couldnt find a bolt to save my live. its a M8X1.25X140mm i think. might be X130mm. but does anyone know of a place where i can purchase one that long? its kinda irritating

Mazda still stocks a lot of this kind of odder sized hardware. It will probably cost $3, but it's one option. I broke one of the long air pump bracket bolts a year or two ago and I got a new one from Mazda for a few bucks.

The other is to look for a local metric fastener specialty shop. I used to live near one in Pittsburgh and they had pretty much everything.

You might google maps "fastener" or "bolt" in your local area. For example here we have Austin Bolt Company that has a lot of fasteners you can buy in singles or the box.

Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda is great for buying OEM parts from. Super helpful and he'll give you a discount and of course ship it to you. 888 533 3400

Just as an FYI, Himni racing has nut and bolt kits for TII that are full stainless, upper intake manifold kit is $16 and lower kit is $13 and they have a full engine kit for $78.

I was doing an Fd upper conversion and the "long bolt" wouldn't reach with the spacer on.
Solution:get an idea of what length you need and Drive to Napa.Buy a 70 mm bolt and Voila!.Done!
I buy treaded rods that are Metric. So If I need something that is "uncommon" I make one up!
