i have a question for anyone who has installed these.....i just bought a set because they do look logical, but are there any real gains felt??????

do a search.. good things can come from them.. good gains for the $$$.. but also not to dis the product.. u have to be aware of a possible ***'d engine if the insert come's apart from the sleeve its self, which has happened..

 

Definatly worth the money, if you are affraid of the insert coming off, put some red loctite on it when you install itm, and also you can peen the sleeve so that the insert can't move.
