ZERO maintenance I don't thinkso budy. If you don'e clean it dirt will pile up. K&N is probably better.

And yes it will fit on there with an AFM adapter.

well compared to the K&N which I have, the K&N has to be cleaned using the recharge kit(oil=wet) the apexi is dry and when I said no maitanance I meant low as in pulling it and shaking it out. compared to spraying, washing and reoiling(K&N)...plus the reviews on the apexi show more HP and easier maitenance...even though more $$'S

if it fits on the S5 AFM it should fit the AFM adapter. or just ask if it has a 3" inlet

The only problem with this that I see, is that the apex'i intake comes with two brackets that hook onto the s5 afm on the clamp that goes around it. Im pretty sure the s4 afm doesnt have these. If I had pictures I would show you, but the apex'i intake doesnt come with a rubber coupler, its all metal and just barely fits over the rubber part of the s5 afm, then is held onto it by the two brackets. My guess is it probably wouldnt fit without some modification.

Edit
Ha on second thought, just get a rubber coupler and hook it onto the adapter from the intake. Silly me making things complicated.

I did a write up on it about 2 months ago. I'll post it in a bit.

Apex's filter has the best filteration and yes, is zero maintaince. It will fit very nicely on the S4 without a mess using the route I took.
