Pimp In Distress TII SA

and it was acting weird too so 3.afm 4.boost leak

1. which i really think it it cause when i'm driveing it it really makes this loud buzzing sound that goes kinda with the sound of the engine. sometimes at idle you can't even hear it but then i rev it and it buzzes again. I just bought this off of a friend and he said that it worked (that bastard) @##$$%%^^))** I reall think i need a fuel pressure regulator because i'm adding this after i wrote this whole thing and am thinking that beacuse i've taken all the smog **** out and 3" it and all i need is more fuel a better fuel pump couldn't hurt

2. Ecu,=0= well , i bought it off ebay, the guy was really cool and i got it really quick i stuck it in and it idles great i took it out and i was automatically doin this crap. we stuck it into his convertable s5 II and he said that the car was hesitateing at take off . soo i'm alittle erie about that.

3.afm. i took it down to the local rotary heads and told me to take it out and lean the whole thing with carb cleaner that maybe it was getting stuck around those rpms but i still haven't done it on account i don't have $$$. but o also i have a small crack in the afm where it connects at the turbo i have the fastener closeing it tight but the crack is still noticeable.

4. just cause it couldn't think of anything else . If youve ever had the problem let meknow. what you did so i can try it

My cars an SA 79 TII swap JDM s5 motor 3" all the way
stock running cause i don't want to blow the ****** i just built it.
i need a front mount anyone have one to sell me?

thanks

I have no idea what the problem is.... That was terribly illegible.. Should have known by the Title to the thread..

I assume the car is running poorly? Probably the crack in the intake pipe.. My guess...

alright so im haveing alittle trouble gettin past 5100 rpm's. NOw, i can redline the **** out of it while im not going anywhere just reving the crap out of it. But, when i"m in gear *anygear) i can't go past 5000 give or take a couple hundreds. I'm not too sure about whats up with it but I came up with 1. fuel pump 2. ecu-cause i put it into the homies car and it was acting weird too so 3.afm 4.boost leak

You can rev it all day sitting still cause there is no load on the motor, when it's in gear your secondary injector trasition is not smooth due to the bad MAIN ECU GROUND which is loacted on the drivers side (USA spec) rear of the rear housing, it should have an eylet on it and bolts in the same place as the intercooler mounting bracket/ fuel rail/emissions cluster in the back....

Try that out...

It looks like it's an s5, I think the ecu goes into limp mode and wont go over 5k if it detects a problem with the omp.

if you have a stock SA fuel pump CHANGE IT NOW. The fuel set up for carb and fuel injection is way different and cant be ignored.

make sure you look up all the steps for converting carb to fuel injection (should be in the first gen section somewhere). both require different fuel pressures and different fuel pumps so make sure your fuel set up is straight first.
