you pull the old bearing out of the engine. then you grease the hole. use the plastic tool that comes with the clutch kit (looks like the transmission shaft) to align and hammer it in.

search and read up on installing the tranny... here are my two tips for you;
1)try to be as precise as you can when alligning the tranny to the engine as you'll want to gently glide the input shaft into place without damaging the bearing and seal (easier said than done!)
2)don't over grease the tranny input shaft! A light, light coat will do.
You don't want excess grease coming off the splines when going through the clutch disc.
Here is the Pilot Bearing Removal Tool from PineAppleRacing. Makes it a 30 second job!
