Pilot bearing damaged ?

I think i may have damaged my pilot bearing while trying to install it. Before when it was out it would spin freely now that it's in there it doesn't want to spin so easily. I'd use my finger to spin it and it would spin then lock up add a bit more pressure and it would spin again and this would continue and continue. I'm guessing this isn't normal and I may have damaged it on install. It's been bugging the hell outta me.

Take it out & replace it. Not worth the risk of damaging a tranny input shaft or e-shaft for an $8 bearing.
