it wasnt a stroke...probably was under the influence, how do u hit something 4 times?....damn..hit it..back up..repeat 3x times?.....wtf...

Well, according to michigan law, I don't even have to call up my insurance carrier, he hit a parked car, which means his agency has to pay for every repair on my car. Clearly stated in almost any michigan document regarding insurance, parked cars, regardless of their coverage, are paid for by the person who hit the vehicle's insurance agency. So they have to fix it, it's just they don't want me to know that they are required to do so.
