I've managed to find a few more cars now. Still no magic diecast or rarer Fujimi models though.

Right now on ebay I've got a 2 hr or less wait until this auction I've bidded on ends, and I believe (I'd have to relook) it's one of those rarer Fujimi model

all the ones on ebay are "semi-rare", but you can still find them if you look around enough. These however I can't seem to find:

 

THanks Vaughnc, Have you looked at hooby link japan for those, I have the Savanna Models that look similar to those....

 

Yeah www.hlj.com doesn't have them. I've also tried several "mech warrior" model websites in Japan that carry car models. No luck.

BTW - fujimi did e-mail me and confirm they're no longer produced

I have no clue who made the diecast cars. Most of the ones you see on ebay are plastic injection molded.
