Hmmm, skyline type lights in the back, well dual circles at least, I still don't like those one bit but seeing how its your car and not mine ill shutup about em, but besides that your car is nice as hell. Nice bodywork and bodykit. What've you got under the nice cowl hood?

body filler questions

there are several types of fiberglass reinforced body filler out on the market, one of which is called Tiger Hair, and another called kitty hair. Youll probably have to go to a body shop supply store to find it though. Its incredibly strong, like the stuff he used, its got strands of fiberglass in it, and, pardon the comparison, looks like a hairball that a cat coughed up when its in the can. I work in a body shop, and we use this stuff to fix broken and cracked fiberglass parts on cars. Like he said though, its extremely hard to sand, I would recommend 80 grit sandpaper to shape it, then hit it with 180 grit to take the deep 80 grit scratches out. Finally, smear a light coat of glaze over it to smooth it out even more, then primer and paint. hope this helps......

Sorry to drag this back again, don't think this guy's here anymore, but this is a super-sweet car.

I was talking to Guru re. the air intake setup. He said he's known a couple of guys who've done it, and that it resulted in blown engines. Why?

I'm thinkin' it was either silicone or some other ***** used in fabrication getting sucked in, but I don't know if silicone would blow an engine. Maybe if ya did it nice, fabricated with aluminum or steel, with a lil' scoop up top?

The only other thing I could think of is that maybe the AFC heated up too much from the exhaust/manifold below, and that decreased AFC output voltage resulting in some kinda lean out...

Or maybe the mad psi's you'd be ramming in there (high pressure area) overwhelmed the NA ECU?

Really wanna do a turbo swap, but I'd wanna do it *right* and funds are short with school, so I'm gonna do/learn what I can for now, have some fun...
