I still say....

1/10 with a rotary engine. Here is the body for my "mini-me". I know some of you have seen her before, I don't have any recent pics of her racing. I am trying to think of some good paint designs, since it is cheaper than painting my "full scale model" Any suggestions for a paint design?

only goes 45 miles? not to brag or anything but i got a .21 CI, 3.5CC, 2.3HP motor in my 1/8th scale, with 2 spd tranny and I clocked mine at 88 MPH. I even have some aluminum upgrades that weighs it down a little.

Yeah 45mph is slow as ****, I wanted to build a TC3 and set a new world record witch right now is 132 mph and I know I can beat it cause I got wind of what the guy has into his car and it wasn't much so if I put some more bucks into it I would get to 140, pretty ****** crazy huh?

Well think about this... If you ran your rotary on 20% nitro how much hp do you think it would push??

I run my piston engine on 20% nitro, going to 30% tho. And isn't the record for an RC nitro like 212MPH. I think 132MPH record is for electrics.

Well **** then, I'll prolly never get it going that fast... It would be fun to build something that had a huge airplane engine and 6 or 7 gears so it could get up to 250 and *GASP* maybe even 300.

Rex,

Yeah, I saw a video of a 200mph pass with a Nitro R/C car.
It was a big circle track and somebody in the center had the R/C car tethered so it wouldn't spin off the track into the audience.

It sounds very cool at 200mph.
