I believe that is an actual design that MAZDA is considering for a future rotary car, but it is NOT an Rx7 design. Besides, 4th generations already exist, that would be a 5th gen

on the contrary dear friend. There is no 4th gen. The RX8 is a 1st gen. If RX2's, 3's, 4's, etc were included in our generational creations. We here would have like 10th gen or something :P

So who knows, that may well be the 2nd gen RX8. I saw a very similar design on the rx7.net website. These may also be old designs. So they may be scrap as well.
