Someone talk him down from $2500 and fix the 10th AE please.

If it runs, then repair the panels please.

****, that first one reminds me of a 90T2 that a dude down the road from me owns. it has sit in his yard for the past 2 years!!! the body is in GREAT shape...a lot better than the 10th AE...and i even think the motor isn't blown...but i dunno what his story is. i've asked him several times to sell me the car, but he only replies "nah, its still my baby, and my side project"........but he admits its been his project for the past 6 YEARS! pisses me off

I know him. I sold him a set of TII rims with tires(for the winters) and a stock cat back system(hardly used). His dad picked them up for him. I also sold him a power steering pump with all of the hoses. I'm assuming that he put all of the new parts on the car.

The owner of that car is on the Team FC3S mailing list. He's tried selling the car more than once.

It isn't his fault it's in that condition, if I remember correctly that's how he recieved it. I saw some before and after pics and the car is in better shape now than it was.

I do agree though, poor thing.

I think I saw the car yesterday somewhere & he replaced the door and fender. He said it just needs a paint job and thats basically it. If so it is a pretty good deal if you ask me.

I rescued a '87 TII

It isn't a 10 AE, but I rescued a '87 TII. I blew the engine the first week, but I just got done today putting a newly rebuilt engine in. 3MM seals and ported/polished. The body is very rough. The rockers are rusty and the front fenders are rotten on the bottom. But the good thing is that I'm getting it back to good condition. Plus I bought it for $300, so how could I loose?

That thing needs too much work. I don't think anyone has any business buying that car.

I have a 10th anv. for sale in slightly better condition to the one shown above.

It has a blown engine, but it also has a TON of performance parts on it.

All the information cam be found here...

http://www.hybit.com/~jriskin/rx7/fc

I'm asking $2000 for it. Feedback/questions are welcome.
