As you can see it is a climate controll, you just need to set desired temperature on the large rectangular up/down button and you are on the go.

Those GT-Limited were very rare as it was the only level equipped with sunroof w/. ABS, and no JPN Hashiri-ya, do not want that heavy stuff. I luuuve the concept of the sunroof so I did not think of any other trim levels when buying though.....
So you don't want to scour the local junkyards and find us a couple to ship to the states and buy off you???

I wonder what the mazda part number is for this
logicon, and what the price would be new.

Auto logicon

Man, those things are really hard to come by, as I explained the logicons were only equipped w/. the GT-Limited. And the GT-Limited has the sunroof which most hashiri-ya do not want due to its potential in degrading body rigidity. Thus only limited number of the GT-LTD were made. To tell you the truth, I have a fellow asked me to get one and send over to the stateside, but it has been 3months and I still have not come up with one.

Hashiri-ya is a word for twisty road fanatics, Hashiri stands for running, in this case, driving, and ya is just a word to explain someone who does. i.e. Nagashi-ya as opposed to Hashiri-ya, cruisers, Nagashi stands for cruising, ya as explained.

According to the Mazda parts catalog, the auto logicon is not available new, its p/n is: F065-61-190 but the parts catalog shows both manual and auto logicon under same p/n so there is a good chance the p/n is different.

Sorry I could not be of help.

Auto logicon

I got the price by asking Mazda parts dist. center here in Yokohama. But if you have weak heart, be alarmed.

The price is 68,300yen brand new, about $590!!!!!

Wow, I guess I have one of the most expensive but looks so small for the price in interior parts of all 2nd gen RX.....

This should disappoint everyone for sure, and I am one of them....

Yeah, but it says Mazda on it, so it MUST be better...

Oh, and the 10AE has a special commerative thingy in the middle. As does the Infini.

And the Infini IV had no stereo, from the factory, nor AC. It had the engine-speed sensing power steering (versus the vehicle-speed sensing PS of the TII), no sunroof, stiffer springs and shocks, smaller sway bars (due to stiffer springs), freer-flowing exhaust (15 more hp), cloth seats, extra bolters in the footwells, sat about an inch lower, and wore 16'' BBS's.
