Lightbulb performance for my n/a?

I know i have done this before and this is what i came up with.
1. air intake with ported throttle body, and upper and lower intake.
2. Greddy e-manage piggy back
3. a ported exhaust manifold for the street ported exhaust port
4. have the engine street ported all the way.
5. block of plates
5. a full out 2 1/2 inch exhaust all the way down
6. and a walbro 255 if there is anything i'm missing please tell me.
7. If this i a performance product or not but i doubt it is a t2 apex seals that are 3 piece, and t2 side seals, with viton oil seals. ( i don't know if i spelled viton right)

So yeah if you have anymore ideas for my n/a please pm me or reply.

I don't think there are ANY after market 3-piece apex seals. Even Mazda doesn't make the 3-piece'ers anymore.

The rest looks aight. Walbro 255 is a bit much for an NA isn't it? Just get a TII pump. Cheap and easy.

So what would the power on a set up like that be? Just for giggles.

NO ONE makes 3 piece seals anymore. Mazda stopped making them several years back, and they were the only ones that ever made them.

As for the list, it looks good except #6 and 7. Honestly, the NA pump is just fine for anything short of a bridge port. If you really want to upgrade just get a turbo pump. Also, just use good old OEM seals for the rebuild. Turbo and NA seals are identical.

I would expect 180-190 at the wheels with a good tune.

With the right street port, 180-190 is a realistic goal. but, the wrong porting job and you'll actually lose power.

Yeah, I forgot to specify that that was with a high quality professional port job. Nothing is more expensive than getting a "budget" port job. Most people only charge around 300 bucks for a street port and its money well spent.

Oh, have you actually gotten to use the Greddy E-Manage system yet?? I am somewhat interested in it. Let me know how it works for you.

Hey, I am not doubting you... but you think you can seriously build a 200RWHP N/A??
I think it would be a sweet accomplishment. (without NOS)

Has anyone tried porting the intake to the engine like from where the lower intake bolts on to the engine.

Get Series 5 intake manifolds and port them, remove the 6 port sleeves and wire the VDI open, replace your exhaust sleeves with ones from a TII have the intake and exhaust ported. Advance your ignition timing and get a way to control fuel. Get a header of some sort and run a 2.5" exhaust. You should be able to get 200rwhp that way with the right porting.

He means the runners in the engine irons. Yes it is standard for them to be ported with the intake port itself.
