people with cusco comp s coilovers

wasn't sure if this should've been in the suspension section or this section because i'm looking for feedback for FCs, well anyways. I have the Cuscos installed and the rears seem a bit bouncy. I'm on the na s5 rims (15s). my friend thinks my rears are blown, but i wanted to get feedback of how other peoples feel.
the thing is i was told the springs are very stiff and short. I haven't had any coilover experience at all (noob) so i just want to get some feedback from others. thanks

and i've searched but i got forsale ads for these so don't flame

That is a very expensive coil over to be blown new.

8 kg is pretty hard for standard street driving. I think my rear is too hard and I'm only running 2.5 kg! Also could be because it's not dampening adjustable and it's damped wayyy too hard.

Cusco Comp S are the entry level coilover.

Ride height adjustable ONLY. No dampening adjustability. Came with 7k front and 5k rear springs.

Maybe you're just not use to them.

If they were blown, then you should see signs of leaking, wet dirt, or no compression rebound on the shock portion. If you can take apart the coilover, then compress the shock piston and see if it springs back. Check for leaks and report back.

And Cusco Comp S coilovers aren't THAT expensive brand new. They retail about $1600-1800. But who pays retail these days?

Yeah...I was just going to say...
The spring rates are wrong as originally quoted.

They should not feel bouncy.
If anything, they should be "bone jarring".
I hope you can understand the difference?

If they are bouncy, they sound dead...
Bouncy implies the damper isn't damping the (large) spring rates.
