Passenger door stuck closed

Alright Guys, Well It seems now impossible to open my passenger door. I can't open it from the inside or the outside. I took the door panel off and now my door is stuck closed without a door panel.

The unlock/lock operation works fine. It just feels as if there is no resistance on the handle from the inside or the outside..
Any suggestions?

there should be a metal rod attatched to the outside door handle. if its not you can open the door by pulling it

I broke the little spring on the top part of the latch mechanism. I had the same problem and had to snake my hand through the speaker hole to reset it every time I closed it.

I had the same problem with my pass. door. Take a look at the latching mechanism in the door. Just take some kind of a cleaner (brake cleaner, carb cleaner, etc) and spray down the entire mechanism. Should work fine afterwords. Mine's been fine for a few weeks now.

Well depends whether or not the spring broke or if it's just stuck or if a rod is disconnected. Take the door panel off for a while and play around with it until you're sure everything is good, then put the door panel back on. If the spring or such is broken I'd just replace the whole mechanism from a junk yard.
