just bought a 86fc for 300 but it has no rats nest, and i was wondering what it will take too make it pass emissions in AZ?
any suggestions?

I have an 89 TII with no rats, downpipe, and no air pump to the stock cat and i passed somehow. Find a good shop? I honestly don't even know how I passed, I went to the shop to get an R so I could have the guy I bought the car off of fix stuff but it passed so I was like :O "Oh, .... TWO YEARS WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT THAT AGAIN, WOOHOO!"
