Pass Emissions with No ACV?
Hey guys,
I will need to pass a single speed idle test and am requesting some help.
I've looked through some well documented and successful emissions threads but all seem to use the ACV. Reinstalling the ACV is not an option. I am looking at a Magnaflow catalytic converter (http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic...niversal=94319) which is rated for a 6.2L engine, stock split air pipe with integrated check valve, and an electric air pump as the setup.
What do you think the chances of passing are?

possible, the ACV actually puts the air into the exhaust ports, which is WAY more effective than the split air pipe.
