OR Parts washer solvent

i was wondering what would be the best solvent to use in a parts washer with my rotary
engine. i did a quick search and found that mineral spirits seems to be a good choice but
a bit pricey. i've also heard that Castrol SuperClean and Simple Green seems to do the
trick also.

which would be the most effective at a reasonable price? more suggestions are welcome.

Here's what I'd think that VacavilleFC's buddy's dad uses: http://www.simplegreen.com/products_pwc_hd.php

kerosene works well and is very close to the solvent that Safety Kleen uses.
