I think this is the relay that you need 30 Amp Head Light Relay (H300-67-740) (https://www.atkinsrotary.com/store/9...00-67-740.html). Make sure yours matches the photo before you buy because there are no returns/refunds on electrical parts.
Note that:
Part Number: H30067740
Supersession(s): GE7067740; GE70-67-740

the parts catalog doesn't say which relay is which. there will be a number stamped on the relay, and that is the first 4 digits of the part number.
then you add 67-740, which is a relay, and you have the part number
Mazda's part number format is xxxx-xx-xxx,
the first 4 tell you what it is from, FD01 is a base LHD FD, FD03 is the LHD R package, and FD05 is the touring, LHD, the RHD is F100. or it could be from the engine, N326 is the S4 NA, N370 is the S5 T2, etc
the next two digits tell you what section of the parts catalog its in, or what subsystem of the car it is, 67 is Body Electrical, 15 is cooling, 16 is the clutch, etc
the next three tell you what it is, 16-410 is a clutch cover, 15-205 is a radiator cap, 67-740 is a relay.
change code, sometimes there is a letter and it tells you if there has been some change to the part, it goes A-Z, the change can be a price or the box art just as much as it can be to the part, so its a clue. if there is an R it means re manufactured, for example N370-18-881 is an S5 T2 ECU, and N370-18-881R is the same but a reman
sometimes there is a color code, which is a 2 digit that would go after all this, the little **** that holds the trunk trim in an FC is FB01-68-893 -02 for black, FB01-68-893 -48 for blue, FB01-68-893 -10 for red etc... if there is a 9A or a 9U in the part number Mazda USA is sourcing an aftermarket part

Maybe this will help you: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...orking-793205/
Take a look at HAILERS' posts #6, #7 and #8.
There is a 30A headlight fuse in the engine bay fuse block. Have you checked that?
