Part throttle issues

I am having some part throttle issues with just off idle to 1/4 throttle at all time with load or without. I just rebuilt the engine maybe 100 miles ago and mods are as follows: half bridge port with all intakes port match, rb header , and just a cone filter, and a stock ecu( blew my jeep up and ran out of money) i know its not the best setup for stock ecu but it runs pretty decent at all rpms, and can get it to idle decent enough, just soon as you give it some gas it just stalls out til you get bout to 1/4 throttle. i have adjust tps in, have unhooked it, unhooked pressure sensor, adjusted timing, and just cant seem to figure it out, and none of those seem to help. i have all emissions stuff removed as well.

Does it do it at idle, under load, or both?

Do you have a wideband on the car?

Since its recently been rebuilt and getting better with mileage, wait until it gets up to full compression and see how it is.

Your bridge isn't going to make a whole lot of power down low, so that may be part of the problem. And of course your setup has no business being run from the stock ECU.
