IMO, white is the best color for an FC--and since it appears that your paint is in very nice condition, it would be a bad idea to ruin a good thing.

My suggestion would be to spend the money you were planning for paint, on suspension... Your car would look about oh, a million times better if it didn't look like a monster-truck.

Oh, and I do like the wheel idea. Here's my old Turbo II for a 'wheel color comparison':

keep it white, your your tire profile looks too small . . .
and the FC can only be dropped about 1.5-2" before you run into problems, but you wont need more than that unless its a track only car
spend your money on preventive maintnence and suspension mods

Yeah, those rims have to go. They look WAY to small on the car.

Clean paint though.

I disagree about white being the best color. I personally love blue on FC's, but you rarely see them that color. Mine has shitty paint, and the blue still looks awesome on it.
I do think you should spend the money on other stuff, though, since it looks like you have good paint. But what it all comes down to is how you want to spend your money.

Yeah, I'd paint shop back the tires to at least a 40 series instead of the rubber bands you paint shopped onto the car

its not the rims, its the super thin tires. i like meat on my wheels. at least 50 or 55 sides. those look like maybe 30s or 35s

Actually....I think the rubber bands are real. Those must make for a comfy ride.

after running big rims on previous cars i will never again go over 17's, preferably 16's. I think 16 on an fc is as large as one needs. 16'' wheel with a 50-55 tire is

Smaller, lighter wheel + smaller, lighter tire = less rotational inertia = more acceleration. Keep it white.

smaller, lighter tire = an egg shaped rim. I used to run 17'' wheel with 40 sidewall tire and after a few years of driving the wheels were all warped and out of round and unbalancable from potholes and other bumps on the road. Plus the ride felt like *** and would have actually handled much better with some 50-55 sidewalls

100% agreed... 50-550 series on 16" i would imagine like a 40-45 series on a 17"

i would agree they are like ruber bands around the rims, and the ride feels like that. but it does look good i think, and there is less worry about fender rub...

icemark, i didnt past diffrent tires/rims on there, thats what is on the car now. but i will most likly go up in size when my tires wear out.

how about this.

^ That looks clean. I like those rims black, but like what was already suggested go with a little bigger side wall.

still way to low, if this is a car you plan on driving on city streets you need to go way higher than that picture depicts
