I'm using the machine shop at a local college for mine..
But you could get away with any good machine shop as long as you are very clear about your project.

well that depends on what you're building.

Is it NA or turbo?

if you are doing it in a machine shop, you should take advantage of your ability to make your port any shape you want.. not just a round hole.

So hold up, you now decided to do it yourself?

I gave you one of the best machine shop, if not the best when it comes down to rotary engine. You should've mentioned that it was all a pipe dream from the get go
