oxygen 02 sensor

While I've got the car on blocks we've decided to rehaul everything we didn't when we did the motor swap awhile ago. for some reason this includes the o2 sensor. Everything besides the motor and intake are stock (except the exhuast which is broke to hell, haha...ahem.) Anways, I've heard of broad O2 sensors and how more reliable they are for upgrading. I do plan to upgrade, slowly but I am. especially with the much expereience I am gaining as of right now! (I kinda wish i woulda did the engine swap just so i could have gotten the exp out of it.)

anyways back on topic-- a broad 02 sensor is probably better right? I want to hook up a a/f ratio gauge up. Infact I already bought one, but did not come /w the sender unit. Do I just splice to from the 02 wire on the exhaust? I always thought this is how to do it. Anways... again back on topic...

what is a good brand (and i know somebone will say oem for some reason) of o2 sensor. I'm looking for somethign that has a broad range so will work nicely /w the afr gauge and the upgrades later down the road (the very windy and fun road).

Thanks all!
