Hey guys. I'm looking for some guidance. I searched but cannot find a centralized or definite way of going about this.

Basically, I have a t2 motor and transmission. I sold my rx7 but I still am going to rebuild the t2 for my next rx7 in the future. My goal is to have a boosted motor for drifting. This being said, I'm going for a mild to large street port if the plates and housing are not total crap. The motor currently has compression so I'm hoping for the best.

I shopped around but there are too many options. Given my goals, what all must I acquire to proceed with a rebuild? I want to go all out and do this right and do everything available. Same goes for transmission.

Can you guys outline what all can be done to strengthen and improve the performance of the motor and tranny?

You have to spec out the parts first unless you have the money to basically replace everything.

Did you look at Aaron Cake's video? Did you look at the smaller videos on www.rebuildingrotaryengines.com ? Did you read the inspection procedure in the factory service manual?
