opinions on the JEGSTER rollcage?

so far its the cheapest one ive seen (lookin at 8pt) but cheap isnt necessarly good. what do you guys think? has anyone had experience with this cage?

I've never heard of JEGSTER, but that 8-point is exactly what I am looking for.

What I really want, is the Autopower 4-point race roll bar with some relatively low side bars.

If you're looking at doing more than drag racing you'll want to make sure the cage is NASA/SCCA legal. I believe those require a diagonal cross bar running from the driver top corner to the passenger base. The Jegs bar is missing this and as such compromises roll over protection a fair amount. You can find a copy of the NASA CCR at http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules-f...s_2003_CCR.pdf SCCA requires you buy theirs.

Then you'll definately want to get your hands on the SCCA CCR before buying or installing your cage. If it doesn't conform you will not be allowed to run it. Its especially important in autox but now that SCCA is sanctioning alot of the major drift events you'll need to follow their rules there as well.
