hey all.. its been a long time since i have been on here, but a buddy jus offered me his 89 RX7 turbo 2 for $500 in need of a clutch.. give me some opinions.. the car runs damn good.. he is an everyday customer of mine (i work at an autoparts store) and i drove the car when he first got it to give him some insite on it.. it runs damn good.. needs new plugs though and a clutch... give me some opinions

 

if it dosnt run it is still worth 500, unless the body is trashed, but i am sure there is enough to part out to get 500 out of it.

Yeah I agree, if there isn't much rust on the body, get it. If it just needs a clutch, great! If it has worse engine problems, get it rebuilt or just part the car out on the forums.
