Download a copy of the Factory Service manual or get the Haynes manual. Check the wiring diagrams to verify that you have 12V on the appropriate wires at the coils (black/yellow). After that, test the CAS. If the CAS works, and you have 12V on the coils, you should be getting spark as long as the ECU and wiring is in working order.

The AFM doesn't have anything to do with spark. The ECU will happily produce an ignition signal without it (I have done this).

make sure u have everything grounded. the engine harness has wires u connect to the block itself. also make sure ur firewall is grounded to your engine block. If u have a ohm meter, touch the chassis (unpainted )of the car and ur engine block and see if u have continuity. if not it means ur engine block is not grounded properly and you would not get spark.
1 thing more, make sure u have a good amount of fuel in ur tank sometimes its just low enough to get air in the pump making it lose pressure.

Have you tested the CAS? AFM? Checked all the connections? Is the harness in good shape?

You WILL get spark if the ECU has power, the CAS works and the coils are connected.

You WILL get fuel if the AFM works, the ECU works, the injectors have power, you have fuel pressure and the CAS works.

Dont Know What Else To D0!!

Everything works, i checked the black yellow wire for the coilpack and dere is 12 v's but like i said b4 i went away i was gettin spark all the time but my problem was no fuel... i solved that problem by gettin the injector resistor pack located under the AFM, my car neva came wit one cause i bought it from a guy dat was doin a 20b swap so he took that out along wit the motor gearbox and fuel pump... now i am gettin the fuel but no spark.... all i did was plug in the resistor pack...the wiring is good everything should be good..i got all my stuff from my friends car he junked it, it had a fresh motor and gearbox..car never had a problem.

I'm not going to answer in PM. I'll post the answer here so everyone can see it.

Have you tested the CAS yet? I've suggested this twice now.

If the previous owner was in the middle of converting to 20B, he may have disconnected/cut anything. You need to go over the entire harness and make sure nothing else is unplugged.

If you're not willing to to bust out a DMM and test, you are just wasting your time.

Man I can't stand people that can't even use the Queen's own English, makes it next to impossible to even read.

Have you used a muti-meter yet??? have you tested the CAS???

The odds of the coil packs being bad are around 10000 to 1.

The odds that something(s) is/are unplugged are like 2 to 1.

The fact that you are not testing and just saying that it used to work (if I am understanding your patois english) means nothing.

you should just get your copy of the FSM and start checking everything. Go to the passenger side of your car and pull the carpet back to get to the ECU. Start testing pin outs and see if they correspond to what the FSM says. AAron has already outlined for you what you need for spark and fuel. In addition, I would go out and get a couple LED's from radio shack and make yourself a code tester. The code tester may not help you in this particular situation, but believe me, you are going to need one. Short of that, I work in the bronx. If you can't get it running soon, I may take you up on your offer.
