Baffles seem likely but on a full tank? I don't know.

the Fuel sock in the tank is clogged and Needs Replacing..It Gets Loaded with Crud and makes it Hard to get fuel to the Engine when it is Low on Fuel..If the tank is about Full,it will Rarely do it,,(But More when the fuel is low),But it Still does it.Right?./.then it is the fuel sock..Check it out Under SEARCH..been there done that..Tshirts available in the Lobby,.

I guess you didn't read the FAQ for FC sticky thread (https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/frequently-asked-questions-2nd-generation-rx-7-faq-fc-494667/) found at the top of this section, as it covers this and many other commonly asked questions.

And your bump was deleted. Bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen technical section, so it sounds like you didn't read the big red letters of the announcement "read before posting" at the top of this section either.
