The FD is a pain in the butt anyways. Sell it! More maintenance issues. Plus you'll get more than the TII. But you know the FD will always look better. I'm thinking of selling my FD too but damn i just got everything fixed. A rebuild on engine and turbos. I hate the thought of selling a car like that but sometimes you got to prioritize things. The house would definitely come first. Good call.
