one bounce on rear rotor

Ran fine before parked. I took the plugs out to clean them
Deflooded the car a couple times
Removed the egi green fuse
Did the poor man's compression test and the rear housing only has one bounce
Did the oil tea spoon trick and I'll try again tomorrow
First crank before I Did the oil trick no Sign of life
After i Did put the tea spoon of oil in it almost came to life
Then the third time back to square one and no life
