once again, another TII issue...

...or I'm just stupid. So I have a '90 TII that recently had a leaky vacuum line, it was 3 lines above the turbo and one just snapped off. I don't have a camera so I cant show you an exact picture of where it is, sorry. Well I went to the store to replace one and said "hey screw it ill just replace all 3". Now after I replaced them the car ran fine for the rest of the day, but the next day is when all the fun started to happen.

I start my car and it had a little screeching noise, popped the hood to see whats up. Luckily I had a friend that knew a little more about the car and he unscrewed the radiator cap and all the bad noises went away. Then after a proper warm up the car ran well, but after a couple redlining fun the car begins to feel sluggish. My boost wasn't kicking in as hard and the engine felt as if it were trying to get to redline now. The oil is fine, I just changed it less than 1k miles ago, and radiator has enough fluids in it.

Tomorrow I'm going to see if I properly installed my lines or possible leaks anywhere else. If anyone knows the area I'm talking about a picture would be nice to see if I properly installed them. Also any input on what the problem could be would help also. Thanks
