OMP question

if theres a layer of oil caked around the omp because of possibly either a loose bolt or one of the tubes not being all the way tightened down..what would be a good/safe way of cleaning all of it off easily and safely?

Any "automotive cleaner" will work.
My favorites are Oil Eater cleaner and Castrol Super Clean.
BTW, there's a leak at your OMP - the crud id dust and dirt that sticks to the leaking oil...

Depending on what model you have...it's either $300-something or $1,200.

Usually a bunch of copper crush washers and an rubber oval o-ring is what's needed to fix the leak...
